Originally from the rolling hills of the Peak District in England, she graduated from Leeds College of Art with a 1st class Honours in Textiles and Surface Pattern. Since arriving in the USA almost 10 years ago, she has been splitting her time between working as a textile designer, illustrator and artist. She takes inspiration from nature and the tiny details in everyday life to create unique and quirky print illustrations. Her materials include watercolour, gouache and ink pen. In her spare time, Sara enjoys cycling, hiking and exploring overgrown gardens.
